This position is based in Hangzhou. Candidates must be available for business trips to conduct commissioning work, possess basic knowledge of robotics, be proficient in at least one offline programming and simulation software, and have advanced programming proficiency in KUKA and ABB robots. Familiarity with robot application scenarios including grinding, polishing, milling and welding is required, alongside strong communication and presentation skills.
Job Description
1. Collaborate with the R&D department to deliver product development projects based on customer and market demands;
2.Take part in market research, consumer research and competitor analysis, identify market trends and consumer demands, and translate insights into feasible project proposals;
3. Keep track of industry developments, communicate with suppliers on a regular basis to collect information on new technologies and raw materials for product development, and develop innovative product concepts;
4. Hold regular communication sessions with the R&D team to provide feasible suggestions for product and formula innovation;
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related disciplines;
2. A minimum of 3 years of product development experience; candidates with work experience at well-known cosmetic brands are preferred;
3. Familiar with domestic and international brands, with solid market analysis capabilities and sharp market insight;
4. Excellent communication, writing, project management, logical thinking and innovation capabilities;
5. Capable of independently drafting product proposals and driving product development, with the ability to accurately articulate product features and selling points;
6. Keen sense of cosmetics; candidates with successful product development cases are preferred;
7. Good communication skills, strong team player and able to work under pressure;
8. CET-6 or above, capable of reading English technical documents; candidates with Japanese language proficiency will be given priority.
