Production Environment
In October 2022, Shanghai Orain officially moved into its new factory. The new factory is fully managed by an ERP system. Scientific and systematic management has lifted production capacity and output to a certain extent. Covering a production area of 15,000 square meters, the facility is equipped with 20 production lines and staffed by 300 employees, with an annual output ranging from 80 million to 100 million pieces.

Orain’s core advantage lies in self-developed production equipment, which is perfectly suitable for small sample trial production and scientific mass production.
Quality Assurance
The company has established a comprehensive quality assurance system in compliance with the principles of ISO9001 and GMP quality management systems and relevant regulatory requirements. We have built full laboratory quality control protocols with stringent standardized specifications covering the assessment of raw material suppliers and incoming material inspection. Quality control runs through every single link of the entire production system. Multi-dimensional data testing and verification are adopted for quality validation, ensuring reliable quality for every product delivered to customers.
Storage Conditions
Raw materials, auxiliary materials and finished products are all stored in warehouses with constant temperature and humidity control.
